Shipping Policy

How long will it take to process my order?

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

For Domestic orders within the United States, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Do you have in-store pick-up?

If you live in the local area, you are more than welcome to swing by our shop located in the ECHO campus at 71 Lawson Road SE, Leesburg, VA, 20175 and pick up your order to save on shipping. Please email blueelegance@echoworks.org to arrange a date and time for your order to be picked up. Orders can be picked up Tuesday – Thursday, from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

Can you ship it to me while I’m on vacation in Italy?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
