Can I return my Blue Elegance purchase?
Blue Elegance takes pride in all the items we make and sell, and we are confident you will be pleased with your unique item. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in original condition and in original or equal packaging prior to being refunded or exchanged, minus shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. All items must be returned unworn/unused. Before returning an item, the buyer should contact Blue Elegance via e-mail or by phone using the information below. We strongly encourage the buyer purchases postal insurance when returning an item via USPS due to the delicate nature of our gift items. If the item arrives back at the warehouse broken, the buyer will not be refunded.

How will I be credited for my returned item(s)?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and do not wish to exchange the item(s), Blue Elegance will credit the amount in the method and to the card in which it was purchased.
What should I do if my purchase arrives broken or damaged?
Blue Elegance carefully packages each individual order by hand to ensure safe arrival. However, due to the nature of some of our products, it is possible that an item may arrive damaged. If this is the case, please take a picture of the damaged product and contact Blue Elegance within 48 hours of receiving the purchase. Blue Elegance will replace the damaged item with a similar article, with no additional shipping costs to the buyer. Please keep in mind that all of our items are handmade and unique, and it is not possible to replace your damaged product with an exact replica. However, Blue Elegance will do its best to ensure your satisfaction with your replacement product.

When she's not watching reruns of great shows like Mary Tyler Moore, you will find Rachel either practicing or listening to music. Always helpful, she looks forward to the day, whether it's making jewelry or candles.
Other than making jewelry and giving advice on candle fragrances, Meagan loves painting flowers and is a renowned movie buff.
Amy is always learning and pushing herself to do more. You will often find her taking on tasks that aren't in the spotlight but are crucial to the success of the team. Amy is a pro at using an awl to increasing the inner diameter of beads to facilitate stringing.
Not only does she like making jewelry that's extra sparkly, but she also loves listening to music and dancing. She seeks inspiration while playing the piano. Amy splits her time between Blue Elegance and our sister enterprise, The Barkery.
Staying as busy as a bee, that's our Loren. One of her favorite movies is The Little Mermaid. She also enjoys art and singing.
Cats are a big happy place for this young artisan. Even the apron she wears while making candles pays homage to those furry companions. She's a big country music fan and looks forward to her latest endeavor, taking the art world by storm.
Darcy loves animals and that's where her passion is. She wants a career taking care of animals for others. Naturally her favorite channel to watch is the Animal Planet.
Ann is fairly new to the team but her dedication and precision. whether making jewelry or candles is inspirational to her teammates. She loves playing games and also has jobs at the LCPS Administration Building and SimplyBe Coffee.
Matthew is new to the team. Matthew enjoys art, listening to music, and singing, Matthew is excelling at following patterns in jewelry making. He's also been working on candles after the curing process.
When she's not helping out at Good Shepherd's Retail stores, Lauren makes sure she gets to spend a few days helping the Blue Elegance Team. She loves making jewelry of all types but bracelets are her favorite. She enjoys watching movies.
Debbie works at LCPS's Administration Building for most of the week. But, Tuesdays and Fridays she's all Blue Elegance's and we are thrilled to have her on the team. Debbie likes listening to country music, taking walks, and catching episodes of the Golden Girls.
