Can I return my Blue Elegance purchase?

Blue Elegance takes pride in all the items we make and sell, and we are confident you will be pleased with your unique item. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in original condition and in original or equal packaging prior to being refunded or exchanged, minus shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. All items must be returned unworn/unused. Before returning an item, the buyer should contact Blue Elegance via e-mail or by phone using the information below. We strongly encourage the buyer purchases postal insurance when returning an item via USPS due to the delicate nature of our gift items. If the item arrives back at the warehouse broken, the buyer will not be refunded.

How will I be credited for my returned item(s)?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and do not wish to exchange the item(s), Blue Elegance will credit the amount in the method and to the card in which it was purchased.

What should I do if my purchase arrives broken or damaged?

Blue Elegance carefully packages each individual order by hand to ensure safe arrival. However, due to the nature of some of our products, it is possible that an item may arrive damaged. If this is the case, please take a picture of the damaged product and contact Blue Elegance within 48 hours of receiving the purchase. Blue Elegance will replace the damaged item with a similar article, with no additional shipping costs to the buyer. Please keep in mind that all of our items are handmade and unique, and it is not possible to replace your damaged product with an exact replica. However, Blue Elegance will do its best to ensure your satisfaction with your replacement product.
